Internship Commitment: Jan 2023 - mid Jul 2023 (6 months) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the Group's database migration project to Google Cloud Platform Work closely with internal teams to ensure data & reporting consistency after migration Build Operations Dashboard and reports using Google Cloud Platform in close collaboration with other Operations Teams (e.g. Stock reporting / Physical Distribution Dashboard) Assist with the development of Support the supply chain & operation performance teams in terms of procurement & forecast THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE: Proactive, agile, and well-organized with autonomy to manage complexity projects tasks Highly Data-driven, numerate, and detail-oriented with an interest in IT systems and dataset management Clear and structured communication, strong presentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while being a team player Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, especially an advanced understanding of Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint Knowledge in DataBase Management such as Google Cloud Platform, as well as PowerBI is a strong plus Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus RECRUITMENT PROCESS Now: Application Intake Early Sept: Selection & Interviews Oct - Nov 2022: Offer extensions Jan 2023: Program commences ARE YOU READY APPLY NOW!
