Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Product Coordinator, Travel Retail Asia Pacific based in Singapore.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Travel Retail Asia Pacific Senior Product Manager, the Travel Retail Asia Pacific, the Product Coordinator, Travel Retail Asia Pacific plays a pivotal role for Product Marketing Team and is responsible for (1) supporting the implementation of strategic campaign launch and tactical marketing activities (2) assisting in sales data extraction and consolidation to facilitate the decision-making process for forecasting and sales analysis and (3) all administrative marketing operations i.e. expenses tracking and follow-up, events and seminar preparations, catalogue management, pricing management etc.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO:

LAUNCH / TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Assist TR Product Managers in the consolidation of all the assets to prepare a smooth execution of 360 marketing briefs (Digital, Communication, Visual Merchandising, Training etc)
  • Coordinate with Regional Marketing team to consolidate and provide translations for marketing assets and product information
  • Support in the implementation of the campaign launches with close guidance from the TR Product Managers, inclusive of out-of-home media assets delivery, event logistical management and POS materials creation (leaflets, product sleeves, product guides, showcards, video editing etc)
  • Assist in consolidation of post campaign reports by coordinating with Commercial, A&M and Training teams
STRATEGIC PRODUCT MARKETING SUPPORT
  • Assist in sales data extraction and consolidation to facilitate sales analysis and decision-making process for forecasting
  • Develop and maintain a complete overview of TR APAC catalogue for existing product and new launches (list of SKUs, codes, UPC codes, Retail pictures and satellites, Discontinuation updates, New products launches)
  • Be the key contact point for ad hoc request in terms of product information
  • Assist the TR Product managers in managing the product assortment
  • Support on Chinese translations
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  • Responsible for raising PO/PR for marketing expenses and invoice submission
  • Assist to record and track all marketing expenses
  • Create codes for all TR exclusive sets and POS materials in a timely manner
  • Provide support to the team for all the presentations and event organizations whenever required
OTHERS
  • Build and maintain a monthly competitive intelligence (new product development, pricing, 360 trade activation, animation, best practice etc...)
Others responsibilities may be added to the above for the position Product Coordinator, Travel Retail Asia Pacific.

YOU HAVE:
  • Diploma/Degree graduate in Business/Marketing discipline or any other relevant field
  • 1-2 years overall experience in marketing related functions, preferably specialized in the beauty or FMCG industry
  • Good operational background
  • Data savvy and sensitive to numbers
  • A keen learner who displays high level of energy and positivity
  • A good team player with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work across multiple markets and cultures
  • Reliable, takes ownership on the quality and timeline of all tasks and deliverables
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and changes
  • Good organizational skills, with strong attention to details
