Internship Commitment: Jan 2023 - mid Jul 2023 (6 months) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the supply chain & operation performance teams in terms of procurement & forecast Run ad-hoc and publish recurrent Supply Chain reports aiming to improve stock replenishment and turnover risks Propose and implement automation in Supply Chain Data collection and analysis Responsible for managing quarterly communication on inventory status linked to Marketing and Merchandising inventory / usage to improve stock rotation Lead donation process with different internal and external partners (e.g. liaise with corporate communications team to prepare 'goodie bags' and distribution lists) THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE: Proactive, agile, and well-organized with autonomy to manage complexity projects tasks Data-driven, numerate, and detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn Clear and structured communication, strong presentation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while being a team player Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, especially an advanced understanding of Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and PowerPoint Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus RECRUITMENT PROCESS Now: Application Intake Early Sept: Selection & Interviews Oct - Nov 2022: Offer extensions Jan 2023: Program commences ARE YOU READY APPLY NOW!
