About the Roles

We are seeking an Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive to support air freight operations at Changi Airfreight Centre. This is a

permanent role

with a 5.5-day work schedule (Mon - Fri, 1PM - 9PM; Sat - half day on remote standby). The position offers a

basic salary of up to $2800 plus variable bonus

, along with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the logistics and air freight industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full life cycle of air freight shipments from origin to destination to ensure timely delivery. Act as the main point of contact with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents for smooth operations. Provide responsive customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving shipment-related issues promptly. Prepare and verify shipping records and documents, including customs forms and Air Waybills. Work closely with internal teams to improve workflows and enhance service efficiency. Assist with projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with air freight documentation, systems, and processes will be an advantage, though not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Open to candidates without direct experience, as training will be provided.
