Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive (Air Freight)

Changi Airfreight Centre

. This is a

permanent position

with a

5.5-day work week

(Monday to Friday, 1.00PM-9PM; Saturday - remote standby). You'll receive a

competitive basic salary of up to $2,800

, along with a

variable bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the end-to-end process of air freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery from origin to destination. Coordinate closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to maintain smooth cargo flow. Provide responsive and professional customer support by handling inquiries and resolving shipment-related issues promptly. Prepare and verify all shipment documentation, including customs forms and Air Waybills, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance workflow efficiency and suggest improvements to operational procedures. Assist with special projects and additional assignments as directed by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service. Familiarity with air freight documentation, systems, and standard procedures is advantageous but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Open to candidates with no prior experience --
