About the Roles

We are seeking an

Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive - Air Freight

to join a

transportation and logistics company

based at the

Changi Airfreight Centre

. This

permanent role

offers a

5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday: 1.00PM-9.00PM, Saturday - half day on remote standby)

with a

basic salary of up to $2,800 plus Variable Bonus

. You'll be part of a fast-paced team ensuring smooth and timely air freight operations while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the end-to-end process of air freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery from origin to destination. Coordinate closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handlers to ensure smooth cargo movement. Serve as the key contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving shipment issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate shipment records and documentation, including customs paperwork and Air Waybills. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and identify process improvements for better service efficiency. Assist with projects and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, air freight operations, or customer service. Familiarity with air freight documentation and procedures is an advantage but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Open to candidates without prior experience --

Experience:

air freight, systems, and SOPs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
