- Manage employees' scheduling & deployment on a daily basis
- Stand in for shifts as Duty Team Lead during headcount shortfall
- xe2x81xa0Coach team members on SOPs and customer service
- Manage New Hire induction
- Provide admin related support sush as xe2x81xa0employment and disciplinary letters issuance with the support of our internal admin team
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- At least 1-2 years experience in Operations Management of any industry
- Work Schedule: Comfortable to work on weekends & PH >> 5 day work week ( 4 days on-site / 1 day WFH ) rotational weekends / PH (3 days weekend per mth roughly)
- Comfortable to travel around different Art Gallery / Museum sites (based on work requirements)
- Salary up to $3,500
