Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
- Location: Paya Lebar
Currently, they are actively seeking talented individuals to join their expansion initiative in the role of Operations Executive. You will take charge of overseeing the order processing and operations processes.
The Job:
- Process customer orders via internal system.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors to place orders for spare parts.
- Participate in half yearly & yearly stock take of inventory.
- Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience in electronics/manufacturing/spare parts industry
- Knowledge in incoterms or Letter Of Credit is extremely advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
