Job Description

1. Operation Credit Control

To process the credit limit submitted from commercial, liaise with the local Coface office for the Insurance coverage To process the order, ensure the order was approved and delivery under the guidance of the company approved matrix Process customer credit evaluation Control approved creditors list and debtor credit limit

2. Operation Processing

Coordinate and inform customer site PIC on the delivery arrangement, Site PIC must make sure that their job sites are ready for receiving on stated delivery dates, not the other way round (this comment refer to OSS Project related). Arrange goods delivery from warehouse / direct from port to customer site according to delivery term. Communicate with client on order matters Prepare the necessary documents following approval of project credit Handle overseas import shipments Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operations report, including Communicate with warehouse PIC on delivery plan from project order bank and material returns from commercial/customer feedback. Handle warehouse coordination & warehouse consumable purchase Arrange & Monitor warehouse project delivery schedule

3. Filing Documentation & Management

Safekeep operation documents following company's internal 5S procedure Update and revise individual department's cabinets Master Index monthly to update to reporting party Archive files and documents following company's SOP: >2 years and above to archive Dispose files and documents following country legal requirement: >7 years and older to dispose

4. Reporting

Prepare OSP Asean weekly & monthly operations reports

Requirements

3 years working experience in Sales & Office Administration Proficient at Microsoft Word and Excel for report creation and submission Adaptive inter-personal skills for communicating with internal commercial team, external suppliers and logistics companies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
