THE ROLE

Execute and manage contract to cash transactions accurately and timely in compliance with the established procedures.
Collaborate with all stakeholders on key issues and drive solutions with relevant functions to ensure customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction and met and/or exceeded the team\xe2\x80\x99s key success measures.
Prepare and handle full set of export shipping documents and follow up on payment including LC negotiation.
Support customers on placement of hedges of LME prices for shipment in accordance with the contract.
Ensure smooth month-end closing process on commercial operation activities.
Support process improvement project to simplify and automate processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with relevant experience in customer service operations
5 years of relevant experience in trade/ commercial operations in a MNC environment
Knowledge of ERP system, preferably in SAP and proficient with Microsoft Office
Good understanding of Incoterms and UCP 600
Knowledge on the LME pricing methodology will be advantageous
Proficient in Korean to communicate effectively with our Korean speaking customers
