JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing requests for refunds received from call centre or visitors.
- Managing booking cancellation requests received from call centre or visitors.
- Manage communications to visitors when a Tour has been cancelled
- Managing requests from call centre to resending email confirmations to visitors who have purchased online but have not received e-tickets.
- Assisting with event creations; update capacity in ticketing portal for all ticketing / tours/ activities/ all other events
- Processing bulk Pass/Voucher printing for events and other internal stakeholders.
- Processing / printing of Passes via Sales Order Excel sheet sent by internal stakeholders.
- Festivals & Exhibitions stock taking, if applicable
- Updating Digi Screens
- Updating and sending Weekly Tours Schedule
- Working Locations - Nearest MRT will be City Hall MRT
- Mondays to Fridays; 9am to 6pm
- Working experience in administrative / ticketing & tours is preferred
- Service-oriented and customer centricity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and good teamwork
