JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Managing requests for refunds received from call centre or visitors. Managing booking cancellation requests received from call centre or visitors. Manage communications to visitors when a Tour has been cancelled Managing requests from call centre to resending email confirmations to visitors who have purchased online but have not received e-tickets. Assisting with event creations update capacity in ticketing portal for all ticketing / tours/ activities/ all other events Processing bulk Pass/Voucher printing for events and other internal stakeholders. Processing / printing of Passes via Sales Order Excel sheet sent by internal stakeholders.
