The Position: We're looking for an Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
Being directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the company services department
Periodically rotate through the work duties of executive-level staff in the operations department.
Propose modifications for the work duties of executive staff to increase work efficiency, decrease human error and align the executive's work duties with other departments
Directly manage the performance and KPI achievement of a team of operations executives based overseas
Track changes in work processes and periodically update standard operating procedure manuals
Research pricing and service trends of national and international competitors
Create plans for implementing and improving business strategies in the operations department
Assess the company's operational and strategic performance
Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the company's overall business strategy
Provide support to executive-level staff when the company undergoes significant organisational changes
Requirements:
Ensure the smooth running of operations by working with operation supervisors
Resolve escalated client issues brought up to Operations by Customer Service
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly checks to ensure that operational processes are being followed by operations supervisors under you
Deal with escalated worker issues that your operations supervisors are unable to handle
Working with the sales department to provide operations input on large tender quotations
Ensure that there are sufficient workers to fulfil all cleaning contracts in your sector at any time by working with HR
Work with Operations Manager to improve work processes, and grow the business
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, because need to deal with Chinese speaking candidates and clients
Good interpersonal skills.
Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
Working Hour(s): 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, Mon - Fri. Contactable outside of Office Hours for Operational Issues
Salary: $2,800 - $3,400 per month
