Job Scope:

• Oversee the team in the daily printing operations
• Prepare forecasting on yearly production resource planning and stock ordering
• Ensure card production / delivery are on schedule and meets quality control requirements
• Monitor card stock level
• Ensure timely submission of stock status reports
• Ensure all internal audit controls are in place and compliance to Audit Requirements
• Ensure all SOP manuals are updated to current operational procedures
• Ensure that projects are managed and coordinated well between internal and external parties
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree
• Possess Supervisory / Team Lead experience
• Prior experience in Operations & Project Management
• Prior experience in managing school projects is advantageous
• Prior experience in Inventory Planning & Distribution is advantageous
• No experience are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
