Performance by Active Fitness is looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals who want to build a career in the fitness industry through

frontline customer experience and studio operations

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their presentation, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality experience every day.

About the Role

You will be the face of Performance by Active Fitness--working closely with members, supporting daily studio operations, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for members and enquiries (in person, email, and phone) Handle day-to-day operational requirements of the studio Respond to emails, messages, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally Assist customers with gym tours and onboarding Manage and coordinate customer bookings and schedules Ensure studio equipment, amenities, and supplies are fully operational and well-stocked Maintain a clean, organised, and professional studio environment Remember names and faces of members and staff to build genuine relationships Uphold SOPs, operational standards, and company policies at all times Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and energetic environment
Who We're Looking For

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional at all times Looks fit, energetic, and aligned with a fitness-focused environment Enjoys hospitality and working closely with people Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with members daily Enthusiastic, motivated, responsible, and mature Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in representing and enhancing the Performance by Active Fitness brand
This Role Is Not For You If

You prefer minimal interaction with people You are not comfortable in a customer-facing role You do not enjoy hospitality or service-driven work
Compensation & Employment Details

Part-Time:

SGD

$15 per hour

Full-Time:

Competitive monthly salary

$2,400 - $3,200
