Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Operations Executive (Sea Freight) to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the documentations for the company’s import and export activities
- Responsible for the permit declaration and transport documents required
- Responsible for handling the company’s import and export shipping activities
- Responsible for the handling of shipments, ensuring that any of the customer’s enquiries are answered
- In charge of liaising with the company’s vendors/suppliers for the incoming and outgoing shipments
- In charge of the preparation of billing invoice and performing invoice verification when required
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
