Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods Monitor and update inventory records in the system; conduct periodic stock checks Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, and related paperwork Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Assist in maintaining warehouse layout, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities Generate operational reports and escalate issues to supervisors or managers Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred (fresh grads considered) Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
