:
Coordinating between with Kitchen Team for Childcare Centre Cooked Fresh meals and with Food Manufacturing Team on Ready to Heat (RTH) protein meals.
Managing and tracking the monthly indent & purchase order for RTH (188 centres).
Coordinate and arrange logistic route/delivery schedules.
Handle hygiene issues including working with Health, Safety and Environment Team on audit results.
Liaise, coordinate and disseminate info internally within various departments.
Client fronting including service recovery and managing feedback.
Maintain and establishing good relationship with stakeholders (Kitchen, Logistic partner & Centres).
Any other duties as assigned by the Lead (Operations) from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
- Problem solver and able to proactively provide solutions to live operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
