Job Description
Job Scope:
To read the CP terms during fixture and ensure voyage orders and charterers' requests comply with Charter Party terms Handling of post fixture operational matters for all chartered vessels as per CP Monitor each vessel's schedule and itinerary, preparing for operational events. Liaising with agents for surveys, bunkers and various loading and discharging matters. Collaborate with insurance companies, ship management companies, lawyers, and other relevant parties to resolve daily incidents and issues. Helping in operational related admin & accounting works Any other duties as assigned.
Job requirements:
Knowledge of Charter Parties an added advantage No experience required but those with 1-2 years experience in dry bulk most favourable. Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies preferred. Self motivated with good integrity a plus. Possess Initiative and able to work pro-actively with little supervision. * Good working attitude and keen to learn.
