A local company specialising in artisanal gifts with a precision engineering environment, is looking for an

Operations Executive

to coordinate between their internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate a smooth production and delivery. Flexi-Work arrangements are available.

Daily Operations Support

:

Assist in managing day-to-day production processes to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.


Help monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production as needed.

Process & Quality Monitoring

:

Track and report on production progress, identifying any potential issues that could impact quality or timelines.


Ensure products meet the company's high-quality standards by assisting with quality checks.

Team Coordination

:

Collaborate with the production team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.


Assist in resolving any immediate operational issues that may arise during production.

Documentation & Reporting

:

Maintain basic records of production activities and inventory, ensuring data accuracy.


Prepare simple reports to update management on production status and any challenges faced.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience of operations in a precision engineering or manufacturing setting. Familiar with the manufacturing processes used in precision engineering.
