We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for daily order processing, inventory accuracy, shipment coordination, and timely execution of logistics activities in line with customer and company requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational excellence and deliver reliable logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth and timely execution. Handle and manage incoming and outgoing goods with accuracy and care. Maintain proper organization of the receiving area, perform data entry, and ensure good housekeeping standards are upheld. Assist in fulfilling operational requirements and meeting daily targets. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and file relevant forms and documentation systematically. Analyse warehouse operations and provide suggestions for process improvements to the Manager. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in a warehouse or similar operational role is advantageous. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. A team player with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Chinese stakeholders and Mandarin-speaking clients. Salary package and position will be commensurate with experience and skill set.
