Operations Executive
Job Description
:-
Coordinate and follow up with relevant parties for bunkering and crew change operations*
Liaise with customers and relevant parties to provide updates on ships schedules*
Prepare and process all necessary applications with MPA/ICA/PSA for vessel's arrival & departure and crew change formalities*
Monitor vessels schedule and provide regular updates to parties concerned*
Any adhoc works as required*
Requirements :-
1-2 years experience in similar operations role, preferably in ship agency industry*
As our clients are mainly from China, knowledge of mandarin is essential*
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively*
Good communication and interpersonal skills*
Good understanding of MPA/ICA/PSA procedures and customs regulations*
Able to commence work immediately*
