Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain detailed daily schedules and work plans to coordinate the activities of various teams.
Assist daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.
Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to gather and disseminate information, ensuring effective communication across the organization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project planning and coordination.
Preparing reports and documentation to track project performance and communicate progress to management.
Supporting the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a similar construction operational role.
Ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors and team members.
Good knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and quality control practices.
Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in the construction industry.
Posses valid Class 3 Driving License.
