Responsibilities: . In-charge of all port and immigration formalities on clearance of appointment vessel entering and leaving. Ensure timely and full compliance of all statutory formalities and manda Responsibilities: . In-charge of all port and immigration formalities on clearance of appointment vessel entering and leaving. Ensure timely and full compliance of all statutory formalities and mandatory declarations as required by the various authorities and government agencies. . Knowing crew changes formalities and procedure . Port call planning and execution in the best interest of Principals / Ship Master . Proactive in monitoring port call progress, timely updating and communication with all stakeholders. . Willing to working on odd hours and public holidays and board vessel if require. . Submit timely line up report and final report to Principals / Ship Master . Any other duties assigned by the operations Manager and Management Requirements: N / O level / Diploma in Maritime Studies. Minimum 1 or 2 years' working experience in shipping agency Warm personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good planning and execution skills in port call operations Conversant with port, terminal and statutory regulations and requirements Knowledge in ICA crew system, Portnet system and Digital Port system Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Holding a driver's license is preferred
