• Process aggregated data sets provided by clients and generate output files for tailored Instar Analytics and reporting systems.
• Maintain and operate systems for ingesting, cleaning, and processing raw data, with the ability to reprocess data when necessary.
• Respond promptly to data queries from system users and clients.
• Work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to complete projects/initiatives

Key responsibilities:

• Direct liaison with clients regarding queries, issues
• Producing daily data per specification that is fit for purpose.
• Supervise KPI and ensure monthly generation of KPI reports.
• Discuss with suppliers (IT house) for any data issues / queries if necessary.
• Helping the manager in other non-daily initiatives (new proposals etc)
• Maintaining project schedules and following up with partners to complete projects.
• Tracking input files and flagging to relevant stakeholders in the event of any issues

Key skills:

• Tried experience in a fast-paced data processing environment with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Understanding of the critical importance of data quality, analysis speed, and reliability for business success.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
• Adaptive and responsive approach to handling queries and challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of databases, queries, and programming logic.
• Proficiency in Excel and macro (or VBA) is a plus.
• Comfortable working with statistical data and capable of conveying findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Thrives on solving complex problems efficiently.
• Ability to juggle several tasks/issues/clients simultaneously is required.
• Flexible and adaptable in responding to queries.
• Enjoy working with statistics/numbers and can articulate your findings to colleagues across teams in a comprehensible manner.
