Operations ExecutiveJob Summary:Company Background: Global MNC Freight Forwarding FieldLocation: EastWorking days: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8:30am - 6:15pm)Salary Range: up to $4200 (Depend on experience) + AWS + VBKey Responsibilities:

• Follow up on shipment status, prepare and process shipments, and provide timely updates to customers. Coordinate collection and delivery of shipments with contractors to meet shipping line and co-loader closing times.
• Handle all necessary documentation for shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Ensure all COD (Cash on Delivery) customer payments are collected prior to the release of the bill of lading or delivery to the customer.
• Respond promptly to all messages and inquiries related to operational matters, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Assistance Operation Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and address any operational challenges.
