Job Summary:The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational processes, including order fulfillment, logistics coordination, warehouse management, driver management, and procurement for the confectionary F&B business. This role ensures smooth operations across the supply chain, from procurement to delivery, maintaining optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:- Oversee the complete order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.- Manage stock levels, ensuring inventory accuracy through regular audits and stocktakes.- Coordinate with production teams to meet demand forecasts and ensure product availability.2. Logistics & Delivery Coordination:- Schedule and manage the dispatch of orders, optimizing routes for drivers and delivery teams.- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers to ensure timely deliveries.- Troubleshoot any delivery issues, including delays or customer complaints, to ensure customer satisfaction.3. Warehouse Management:- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring organized storage, picking, and packing of products.- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.- Implement processes for efficient stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) and manage warehouse space effectively.4. Procurement & Supplier Management:- Source and procure raw materials and packaging supplies, maintaining good relationships with suppliers.- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.- Monitor supply levels, placing orders as necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.5. Fleet & Driver Management:- Manage a team of drivers, ensuring they are well-equipped and informed for deliveries.- Maintain the fleet of delivery vehicles, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.- Implement driver performance tracking and optimization programs to improve delivery efficiency.6. Reporting & Process Improvement:- Track and analyze key operational metrics (e.g., order accuracy, delivery times, inventory levels).- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the logistics and order fulfillment process, proposing solutions to streamline operations.- Implement best practices and continuously improve operational processes to enhance productivity.7. Other Duties:- Coordinate with the sales, customer service, and production teams to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.- Assist in special projects, such as product launches or promotional campaigns, from an operational perspective.- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.Additional Information:- Location: Sembawang & Woodlands- Working Hours: 5.5 days, 8am - 5pm- This job will require for you to work at least 1 weekend dayOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.RequirementsKey Skills & Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in F&B or confectionary.- Class 3 License- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.- Experience in managing drivers or delivery teams.- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
