About Rhythm Room

Rhythm Room is a 3,700 sq ft social dance club in Clarke Quay, Singapore, hosting nightly social dance parties, dance classes, and private events. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences for dancers, guests, and event clients.

We are seeking a hands-on

Operations Executive

to join our team, supporting day-to-day venue operations and ensuring seamless execution of our socials, classes, and private events. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or event operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Challenges and Responsibilities

Support and oversee

day-to-day operations

of the venue, including social dance nights, classes, and private events Supervise part-time staff (FOH, bartenders) during events to ensure smooth execution and excellent customer experience Prepare and maintain

event run sheets, checklists, and operational logs

Track inventory, assist with stock management, and report to Floor Manager/Owner on operational needs Assist with

scheduling part-time staff

and managing event logistics Support coordination with

outsourced accounting and Admin staff

as needed Assist in maintaining operational

SOPs and standards

for floor management, bar operations, and events Liaise with instructors, event clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of activities

Requirements

2-4 years' experience in

hospitality, events, F&B, or venue operations

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable supervising part-time staff and coordinating event logistics Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and event-heavy periods Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
