The Opportunity:Adecco has entered a partnership with the largest player in the food trading industry with regional presence across the United States, China and Europe. The preferred candidate should come with prior experience in handling shipping documentations and are able to independently manage a regional portfolio, overseeing the import/export shipments, trade declaration and bank documentations.

• Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

The Job:

• Preparation of full set shipping documentations for both import and export shipments, including trade declaration and bank documentation (Letter of Credit and Delivery Duty Paid).
• Assisting in purchase and sales documentations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders for order management, logistics arrangement and payment matter.
• Preparation of reports e.g. shipment statuses, and outstanding payments.
• Usage of SAP system to consolidate data and issue documentations.

The Talent:

• Min. Diploma qualification.
• Min. 3-5 years of experience in shipping documentations, declarations and bank documentations (L/C).
• Background in trading or manufacturing industries.
• Conversational and literacy in Mandarin is required to support end users from People\'s Republic of China.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PivotTable, Vlookup) is required.
