Operations Executives - LSMGO and Solid Sulphur
A leading South Korean oil refining company based in Singapore, specializing in the bunkering business with a focus on Gasoil. As an Operations Executive, you\'ll play a pivotal role in their dynamic team, contributing to their success and growth in the energy sector. Known for delivering high-quality fuel and exceptional service, they are a key player in the Singapore and APAC markets.Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and inventory management, ensuring timely updates on operational issues.
• Communicate and follow up with buyers regarding documentation, receiving instructions, and nominations.
• Draft and review sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with terminals for efficient cargo discharging and storage planning.
• Collaborate with surveyors to resolve quantity and quality disputes effectively.
• Work closely with the finance team on credit and invoicing matters.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong working knowledge within bunkering.Key requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in operations management, ideally in the oil and gas sector.
• Thorough grasp of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Ability to excel under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in international trade and familiarity with customs regulations.
• Knowledge of specialized software/tools used in operations management within the industry.
• Certification in supply chain management or related disciplines.
