Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of warehouse and transportation staff with the ability to discipline, supervise and motivate
• Responsible day-to-day warehousing and transportation operations
• Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction through efficient management of warehouse operations, system and service providers
• Meet operations key performance indicators and improve on customers\' feedback
• Manage new customers\' requirements
• Develop and review SOP if necessary accordance to the ISO standard and maintain all the document are well maintain.
• Continue drive department productivity \xe2\x80\x9cbench mark to the industrial\xe2\x80\x9c.
• Continue explore of new idea to enhance the current process into automation.
• Leading the team to \xe2\x80\x9cThe Best Warehouse and Transportation Operation \xe2\x80\x9c.
• Contribute to add value to all service in conjunction with directions, established performance standards, measurements in cost saving and cost effectiveness
• HSE/WHS Champion for the warehouse representative.
• Responsibility on the yearly budget on individual department.
• Responsible cost within the budgetary and maximise profitability of each department.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by superior
• Empowerment for the hiring & dismissal for the recruitment process.
• Review vendor / supplier performance and cost effectiveness.
• Responsible for the root cause analysis on the error make on the operation either direct or indirect
• Ensure all the legal and authority requirement are met for the accordingly
