• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices within the P2P BD team,
• Monitoring the performance and productivity of the P2P BD team: providing data, training, and feedback to improve performance,
• Perform detailed analyses of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data and identifying areas for improvement,
• Monitor operational and risk metrics and escalate potential issues or anomalies,
• Work closely with BD and CS teams to coordinate and resolve abnormal/complex orders, and address merchant inquiries,
• Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with organisational objectives,
• Leading the execution of key business projects, ensuring coordination and timely delivery,
• Consistently and comprehensively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure the shared understanding of goals, deadlines and deliverables,
• Maintain daily / weekly/ monthly reports.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor\'s Degree with proven work experience in operations or a similar role,
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a must,
• Possess analytical and data processing skills,
• Ability to create compelling reports and presentations to influence business decisions,
• Excellent planning, organising and project management and problem-solving skills,
• Strong team mindset and solid work ethic.
