Our client is a specialized injection molding company focused on precision tool fabrication, advanced plastic processing, and assembly operations for the consumer electronics, industrial, and medical sectors.





Its oil & gas division is well-regarded for its expertise in precision deep-hole drilling and the machining of exotic metal components.

Operations Manager - Plastic Molding Division

Do you have hands-on experience in plastic molding and a knack for scaling production lines, optimizing workflow, and leading diverse teams? Does your work support precision plastic molding solutions for

consumer electronics, automotive, medical, and industrial sectors?

As our Client expands, they are looking for an Operations Manager ready to drive high-impact initiatives and streamline operations across regions.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee end-to-end operations: production, QA/QC, maintenance, supply chain, and logistics. Set up and scale manufacturing lines for new or overseas plants (travel/relocation required for periods). Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects. Build high-performance teams through strong people leadership and on-the-floor engagement. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and commercial teams for NPI (New Product Introduction) and custom molding solutions. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Analyze KPIs and implement data-driven strategies for cost reduction and efficiency gains.

What You Bring:

Proven experience (7+ years) in operations or plant management within

plastic molding / injection molding

. Deep understanding of molding processes, tooling, automation, and quality systems. Strong leadership in multicultural and cross-border settings. Ability to manage complexity, scale operations, and lead factory set-ups abroad. Working knowledge of ERP/MES systems and manufacturing dashboards.

Bonus If You Have:

Experience setting up greenfield or brownfield manufacturing plants. * Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
