Job Overview: Our start-up is looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our chain of 4 retail stores. As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail business, from ensuring excellent customer service to managing inventory, visual merchandising and staffing.

You will work closely with the CEO to set sales targets, develop strategies to increase revenue and ensure that all stores are profitable. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as extensive experience in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across all stores.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates and store managers.
  • Ensure that all stores are meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all stores are adequately stocked.
  • Ensure that all stores are properly merchandised and that the visual display is appealing to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are operating according to company standards.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experienced in retail management, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple stores.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
