Retail Operations Manager Responsibilities: . Organise all store operations and allocate work responsibilities to team members . Supervise, motivate and lead staff towards targeted sales performanc Retail Operations Manager Responsibilities: . Organise all store operations and allocate work responsibilities to team members . Supervise, motivate and lead staff towards targeted sales performance and customer service level . Manage store's operations to meet inventory and cost objectives . Execute and manage in-store promotional activities . Stay abreast of and analyse market trends/conditions to recommend improvements to store . Work effectively with other personnel within the company to support business targets Requirements: . 5 - 8 years of retail sales and customer service experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Applicants without retail experience but with related operations/management skills are welcome to apply. Training and OJT will be provided under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP, Workforce Singapore). . Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills . Good planning, organising and time management skills . Good computer skills (e.g. MS Word/Excel, email and social media) . Good business acumen . Willing to work 44 hours per week and on weekends/public holidays Work Location: Orchard Road, Mandarin Gallery
