The Food Services Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the catering business, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with kitchen, sales, and service teams to deliver efficient catering operations and achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



Plan, organize, and supervise all catering operations and food service activities. Ensure smooth execution of catering events, including preparation, delivery, setup, and service. Oversee daily kitchen and service staff schedules, assignments, and performance. Monitor food production, portion control, and presentation standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety as per regulatory guidelines. Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for food and supplies. * Coordinate with clients to ensure customized catering solutions and customer satisfaction.
