* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding * Position Title: Operations Officer (Aviation) * Working Location: Changi * Working Hours: 5 days (AM/ PM Shif Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Operations Officer (Aviation) Working Location: Changi Working Hours: 5 days (AM/ PM Shifts) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + Shift Allowance Duration: Permanent Responsibilities Working closely across Internal/ External Departments to ensure smooth handling of all Aviation shipments Following up with shipper on cargo readiness and required documentation Liaise with Airlines on cargo space arrangement and Shippers/ OA/ Consignee/ Purchaser Request assistance from Pricing team for ad hoc rates when required Daily execution/ compliance of shipping documents Sending of pre-alerts of completed shipping documents Liaise with warehouse personnel with regard to cargo discrepancies Ensure all shipments had been lodged and all pre-alert had been sent out via various portal activity Update uplift for certain projects Ensure Proper Handover to other shift team members APPLY NOW!!
