Liaise between client and operations team for shipment delivery orders
Plan, assign, schedule shipments to drivers or third-party transport service providers (subcontractors)
Coordinate with the driver, on-site dispatch coordinators on the efficient and timely delivery and settlement of shipments
Resolve any issues in operations
Maintain and monitor transport management systems and databases used in operations
Prepare periodic reports using data from the transport management systems and databases used in operations
Participate in analyzing reports and conduct systems improvement (as needed) to improve the efficiency of transport operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must be at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (plus if Engineering Graduate)
Advantage of having 1 to 2 years experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain industry
Willing and able to work flexible working hours (e.g. day-shift, swing-shift, midnight shift, weekends, holidays, critical incidents, overtime)
Have good communication skills (verbal and written), problem-solving skills, analytical skills and multi-tasking skills
Knowledgeable in environmental and safety laws, regulations and rules that are relevant to transport and logistics industry
