Description

  • Assist to draft, review and update workflows, standard operating procedures, work instruction and business continuity plan for the efficient running of services and excellent patient experience
  • Assist to draft, review and update workflows scenarios, drills and resource planning for full dress rehearsals.
  • Manage the recruitment and on boarding process of new hires
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test, User Access Matrix Review to ensure smooth implementation
  • Support and operationalize the change management for work processes
  • Assist in development of detailed operational processes and policies
  • Familiarize with new processes for future training of staff and operational readiness
  • Participate in the coordination work related to infrastructure, Registration, site handover and inspection and system readiness
  • Participate in the coordination of Go-Live readiness such as training, orientation
  • Participate in the Go-Live Opening full dress rehearsals
  • Assist the Supervisor in the management of outsource manpower vendor which includes coordinating and planning the operations\' activities and utilization of manpower and resources to ensure cost efficiency and effective management
  • To ensure that staff are appropriately deployed across registration counters
  • Manage daily operation and enforce compliance to latest visiting policy and screening protocol
  • To conduct orientation and induction programme for new staff
  • To ensure continuous training to both existing and new staff on frontline service
  • Conduct competency checks/ audits on existing staff and provide coaching and mentoring whenever required
  • Investigate and respond expeditiously to service complaint received or escalated from Patient Relation Associate
Requirements
  • Min Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with relevant experience in Emergency Department Operation and / Retail and Leasing Operation, customer service preferably in healthcare &/or hospitality.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience for Executive role
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Executive role
  • Ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationship
  • Strong key stakeholder management and vendor management
  • Experience in a supervisory role is necessary and important
