Job Description


A renowned brand in luxury retail of leather, jewellery and men\'s fashion. Our client is now hiring a competent individual for the position of: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (INVENTORY/LOGISTICS/WAREHOUSE) \xc2\xb7

  • Lead a team of logistics and operations executives.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and keep records of inventory.
  • Order management from Order Processing.
  • Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers on open orders, deliveries and reschedules.
  • Perform invoicing and Accounts Receivables.
  • Maintain inventory and stock reconciliation.
  • Extract and compile information to create report.
  • Filing, Posting and Data entry in company\'s ERP system.
  • Perform daily arrangement for delivery and customers\' collection of goods.
  • Perform order processing into accounting system.
  • Monitor overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
  • Manage and build a good relationship with 3rd party transporter to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Manage and work closely with Malaysia, Thailand and China team on the day-to-day operations on a daily basis and to ensure that all requirements are met.
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate shipment and to liaise with external parties or forwarders.
  • To ensure that all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day import/export logistics operations with Malaysia, Thailand and China team and transactions documentation for freight forwarding and other related activities.
  • Assist to submit GST supporting document to accounts department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors.
Job Requirement\xc2\xb7
  • Degree in Business Studies or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in Operations management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and ERP system.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, independent and proactive team player.
  • Adaptable to job rotation within organization.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
