its expansionary plan, it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Performance and Operations Support Manager (Ref: KHXXX)
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and service
delivery performance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s fiber network. As part of the leadership team,
he/she shall lead and manage a team responsible for the end-to-end management of
fiber network operations and delivery ensuring agreed SLAs and commitments are met.
The Job
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist in the preparation and subsequent monitoring of annual budget (CAPEX &
OPEX) of Operations, Implementation & Maintenance (OIM) Department
\xef\x82\xb7 Tender management, contract management and administration of OIM, including
contractors and partners of the company
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the enforcement of obligations on contracted parties
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the operational process development and management of OIM, including
establishing new processes, installation standards, standard operating procedures
\xef\x82\xb7 Business continuity planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor network performance
\xef\x82\xb7 Track and manage new development, diversion, network rollout projects
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead and manage a team
\xef\x82\xb7 Any other duties assigned by supervisor
The Candidate
\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Engineering or any related
field from an accredited institution.
\xef\x82\xb7 10-15 years of experience in network-related management activities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work under stress
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, and familiar with analytical tools Tableau
and/or Qlikview.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be familiar with best practices in corporate governance, contract
management and general tender process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have experience writing approval papers.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good communication skills with the ability to articulate the problems and solutions
concisely.
\xef\x82\xb7 Relate well to others, have good interpersonal skills and ability to work both in
teams and independently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prior work experiences in telecommunication industry will be advantageous.
Experience in communications service provider, vendor and managed service
provider backgrounds will be a bonus.
