Operations Support Officer (bukit Timah)
Job Description
:
Security duties:
o Unlock/lock school gates, doors of classrooms. Office, common room etc.
o Arm/disarm the school burglar alarm system
Safety duties:
o Perform road traffic duties
o Carry out first aid and health safety duties when required
Housekeeping Duties:
o Maintain the cleanliness of classrooms and special rooms
Operations Duties:
o Carry out logistics support duties for school events/activities
o Run errands for school events/activities
Any other tasks as assigned by school.
Report to operations manager
Work Arrangement:
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 6:20am to 3:50pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 6:20am to 3:20pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Location: King's Road
Salary: $1400/Month
Contract Duration: 12 September 2022 - 11 October 2022
Job Requirements:
Carry or moving bulky items where necessary.
Relevant work experience is advantageous.
Strong team player.
