The Company

You would most probably be a customer of our client. They play an important role in Singapores public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world class.

Scope of Position :

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Business Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Attending to calls from TL frontline Customer Service Officer
  • Ensure follow up on cases escalated
  • Filing of claims for customer (i.e over-deduction/failure to exit/double deduction)
  • Concession related matters (i.e lost of card/replacement procedure/extension issues/application issues)
  • Perform simple investigation for cases
Requirements:
  • Have previous experience in call centre
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Location:
  • Tanjong Pagar HQ
Working Hours:
  • Shift Work Need to work across weekends and PH
  • Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm
  • Work 4 days rest 1 day, work 4 days rest 2 days, work 3 days rest 1 days and so on
