Job Description
: 1. Inspection & Checks .(Conducted Daily & Report incidents immediately) Walkabout to check for . Mosquito breeding . Pest control . Acts of vandalism . Breach of security . Wa : 1. Inspection & Checks . (Conducted Daily & Report incidents immediately) Walkabout to check for . Mosquito breeding . Pest control . Acts of vandalism . Breach of security . Water blockage & building seepage . Canteen's hygiene 2. General Maintenance . (Fault - reporting system) Simple General Repairs . Simple repairs and carpentry work . Resolve simple electrical issues/faults such as power trip . Assist in school decoration . Moving of bulky items as and when required 3. Landscaping . Garden maintenance . Check on plants that need to be trimmed and inform Term Contractors . Maintain the school fish pond . Maintain spice garden, ensure areas are neat and free from mosquito breeding 4. Other Duties . General Improvement Works . Assist in maintaining OM and Emergency Store . Other duties as and when required by School Leaders and Operations Manager Other information Working location: Yishun Work commencement : Jan 2023
