Purpose and Scope
Perform routine plant inspection and execute daily operational activities to keep the plant running in an optimized condition to achieve safe and reliable operations
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1) Identify faults and abnormalities and raise notifications for maintenance and ensuring rectifications are completed and tested.
2) Monitor and inspect plant equipments for abnormalities and timely rectification to achieve optimum operations
3) Execute operating activities in compliance to safety standards, Agreed Operating Procedures (AOP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
4) Execute all routine checklists to monitor status of plant equipments.
5) Execute laboratory tests for water chemistry
6) Execute start up and shutdown activities for maintenance activities
7) Assist Shift Manager in the troubleshooting of operational issues.
8) Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)

Qualifications & Experience
1) NTC 2/ GCE \'O\' Level/ Boiler Steam Attendance Certificate
2) Minimum 3 years in Process related Plant
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
1) Knowledge of operations of high pressure Boiler Steam Grade / DM Plant / Grate system / FGCS / Steam Turbine / Electrical and Instrumentation Systems
2) Capability of understanding logic.
3) Awareness of HSE in Process Plant.
4) Fire Fighting / First Aid skills
5) Analytical skills
6) Inter Personal skills
