• Understand how the clinic runs day-to-day.
• Take the lead in planning and setting up a new operation, making sure it meets our goals and healthcare standards.
• Work with different teams to organize things like timing, resources, and schedules to launch the new hospital successfully.
• Keep track of the project\'s budget and report any differences.
• Keep everyone updated on how the project is going, any problems we\'re facing, and when we hit important points.
• Come up with new ideas to make sure patients have the best experience possible.
• Handle the administrative side of things for the areas you\'re in charge of.
