Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies and lifecycle plans.
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and performance evaluations of assets to assess condition and efficiency.
Recommend upgrades, replacements, or maintenance schedules based on asset performance and lifecycle data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective asset selection, integration, and management.
Utilize asset management tools for data modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Perform risk assessments and develop appropriate contingency plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset condition, location, performance, and costs.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Provide technical guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement through strong problem-solving,analytical, and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of IT asset types and their lifecycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (PivotTables,VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Experience using asset management software or systems.
Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
