Roles & Responsibilities: * Able to understand and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various agricultural equipment used in the farm. * Support assembling/installing/r Roles & Responsibilities: Able to understand and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various agricultural equipment used in the farm. Support assembling/installing/replacing of agricultural equipment and spare parts Support the development of planned preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery in the farm. Support in tracking, monitoring and actively reviewing planned and unplanned downtimes for machines in the Farm and provide breakdown of downtime root cause analysis. Maintain individual machinery logbooks of all related machinery and update record of all activities done on each of machinery. Support the Operation Head of Department in farm maintenance matters. Requirements: Minimum Diploma holder in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Science or equivalent. Fresh graduate(s) and/or Non-Diploma Holders with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant work experience with good understanding and/or experience in Agriculture/Hydroponics industry would be advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related farm operating software applications. Bilingual proficiency, result-oriented and a strong customer service mindset to work efficiently across the Departments. Able to work independently and multi-task effectively with minimal supervision couple with a 'can-do' attitude. A strong team player whom is meticulous with a positive learning attitude. Possesses good communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels.
