TeleMedC develops ophthalmologic software aimed at screening for eye diseases at the primary care level. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help us reach out to new customers and maintain existing customer satisfaction.

• Identify customer needs and improve client\xe2\x80\x99s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption
• Establish and manage all facets of the customer relationship with the assigned accounts and targeted new-name opportunities
• Assist to resolve issues as and when arises, feedbacks of orders and managed returns
• Develop and document sales strategies and plans
• Regularly communicate updates to management of sales performance, forecast updates, trends and any issues related to their specific product performance, competitor activities, or other issues emerging in assigned territory
• Assist in maintaining social media accounts for the company
