Job Description

Principal Functional Responsibilities

• Define future business processes around Oracle Financial modules.
• Develop training material and application documentation as required.
• Educate business users - Provide guidance in data preparation and migration
• Provide support for configuration and application of multiple functional modules.
• Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production. - Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution

RequirementsEducation: BS/BA DegreeExperience/Skills:

• Implementation experience and a detailed understanding of the following Oracle Financial Applications modules in Release 12: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, i-Expense, Oracle Credit Management, i-Pay, and Finance Intelligence.
• 3-5 years experience with Oracle ERP, 3+years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite in a Global Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
• Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle
• Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency

Others

• Ability to work in a demanding user environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Oracle R12 Configurations/Setups: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces.
• Ability to use analytical techniques to resolve issues and communicate with users on resolving technical issues related to the business solutions in place.
• Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional material to end users and management
• Ability to work occasional weekends and some extended hours during month-end or year-end period to support the business users.
